This 2024-25 season, Vancouver New Music (VNM) proudly celebrates its 51st year after five decades of championing experimental sound and fostering creativity in communities near and far. Since 1973, VNM has been a vital force in exploring the boundaries of music and sound, presenting innovative performances, and engaging audiences through workshops, soundwalks, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
As part of this milestone celebration, we are launching $50 for 50 – a special fundraising initiative to raise $5,000. Our goal is simple: to inspire 100 supporters to contribute $50 each, ensuring that we can continue to innovate, inspire, and make contemporary sound art accessible to all.
