Transit
The Cathedral is well served by Public Transit Routes: Skytrain, Bus routes, the SeaBus and Westcoast Express are all within 5-20 minutes walk of our front doors. Please see www.translink.ca for detailed information on transit routes or consider using the Transit App on your smartphone.
Cycling
Bike Routes: The Cathedral is located one block west of the Hornby Bike Lane, and one block south of the Dunsmuir Bike Lane. City of Vancouver bike routes and maps may be found here.
Bike Storage: There is a bike rack located next to the lower entrance of the Cathedral, on Burrard Street, close to the waterfalls. There is no bicycle parking available in Park Place Parkade.
Parking
Parking is available for Cathedral-Related Events in Park Place Parkade at 660 Hornby Street.
Parking on Cathedral property is reserved for staff.
Cathedral parking rates are valid on weekdays and Sundays from 7am - 8:30pm.
To access the special rate at Park Place Parkade:
- Park in any spot that is not labelled “reserved”
- Go to one of the meters in the parkade or take the elevator up to street level and use one of the meters in the lobby
- Select "Coupon" and enter this code: 18937347
- Follow the prompts to complete payment
To access your vehicle in the parkade on Sundays or after hours, please go to the doors of the Park Place tower at 666 Burrard Street, press the buzzer outside for security and ask for the parkade. There are elevators that will take you down to the parkade.
Washrooms
The Cathedral is equipped with accessible washrooms on both the main and lower levels. On the main level, the single-stall accessible washroom is located through and to the right of the east vestibule. On the lower level, accessible toilet facilities are found in the main washrooms, at the south end of the building.
Signage on each washroom indicates the equipment available in each, along with a clear statement that Trans People Are Welcome.
Elevator
Access to the elevator from the upper level is located through and to the right of the east vestibule. This will allow you to access the lower level exit onto Burrard Street.
Access to the elevator from the lower level can be found at the northeast corner of the building through the corridor past the kitchen and Parish Hall. Signs in the corridor mark the way.
