Exploring the dynamic relationship between voice and technology, Andrea Young’s EXO/ENDO focuses on the release and absorption of energy through sound – where sound is the furnace and the fuel for expressions of internal desire or external wrath. Featuring Andrea Young’s voice-infused electronics, Michael Day’s prepared turntables, and Braden Diotte’s expressive electric bass feedback system, the ensemble will also premiere three new works: Echo Grey by Erin Gee, KAREN, DANIEL, PATRICK, CLARA, TABBY & DIN by John Mutter and Schwarze Sonne by Ulrich Krieger.
