Kicking off the new Parallels series, Parallel 01 presents acclaimed New York-based pianist Uri Caine performing original compositions and improvisations in concert with a string quartet, and members of the Vancouver Electronic Ensemble.

In advance of the concert, community members are invited to watch the creative process unfold over 2-days of rehearsal workshops on November 23 and 24 from 6-10PM. The workshop is FREE to attend, but as space is limited, participants are required to register in advance. Please email info[at]newmusic.org for more information or to register.
